Very caring and compassionate service
Having been looking for support for those suffering from false accusations and not really finding any, I located this firm through the National Autistic Society. I have Aspergers syndrome now known as high functioning autism and needed some comfort and someone to listen to my really traumatic experience.
Michael McKeown gave me an online zoom meeting and after having chatted with him, lead me to feel more reassured and supported. It's a tough and scary world for me, especially with me catastrophizing, something those of us with autism tend to do. He explained that they would be understanding of my autism and indeed Michael always helped me out with questions, something other firms refused to do and didn't take seriously.
I ended up with a No further action from the police, and I feel with Michaels expert professional support things turned out better than ever.
With empathy and care which is a rare thing now days Michael supported me so much and I can't thank him enough. I'll definitely be signposting to him and Msb Solicitors in the future so that others can get such a wonderful legal service.
