I liked that we were using a local company where you could have a face to face meeting if/when necessary. Our solicitor kept us informed throughout the process, was generally quick with replying and was patient with explanations when we needed. We had a few ‘queries’ but these were soon rectified. Anya (our solicitor) was professional but also approachable and did her utmost to keep to our brief. She has made a stressful situation easier as well as achieving an outcome we would not have been able to rectify without her help. I would certainly use Slee Blackwell (Anya Hoyland) again.

Excellent advice and help with a complex probate issue.
Advice was always timely and I was always kept well informed .
I felt communication was always direct and friendly. Anya was always approachable, fair and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Fantastic solicitors
I am so pleased that I chose Slee Blackwell Solicitors, firstly Holly Gilbert nee Hampton for dealing with the probate so efficiently. I was kept updated throughout the process and cannot thank Holly enough for her hard work. I would also highly recommend Anya Hoyland who I appointed to deal with a contentious probate claim. Anya was extremely efficient, explained all different options and gave me such good advice. Thanks to Anya the claim was dealt with without any delays and I was absolutely delighted with the outcome.

Tricky Family Situation
Our case was handled in an efficient and pragmatic way to arrive at a solution acceptable to all parties. The case involved a potential serious breach of trust on behalf of a person holding power of attorney. Mediation saved the necessity of pursing a criminal investigation which,while stood a considerable chance of success,would not gained the considerable compensation achieved by our decided path.
Accepted assistance of my son,as a third party, gathering valuable evidence to support our case.
