Medical Negligence
We had experienced nepotism as island residents in a complex case. We knew Paul Wheeler who had assisted us before a well respected & trusted island solicitor who had recently merged with Biscoes which itself was recommendation. Richard and his team ensured we fully understood complex areas of law and helped us work through and agree options engaging with experts & considering those reports which was an emotional journey . Richards team took us through that journey managing expectations along the way and time frames we were working to.........we as a family know that whilst we may not have achieved all our aims we are satisfied that we encouraged change in the system and that system would today have meant our Grandson would have been alive today and with Richards & his team we can look back with confidence knowing that we have no regret ..........If you have complex negligence concerns to address this is your team ...you to will have no regret as you are in safe hands....they have a wide pool of experience within the wider team too !!!!! Excellent advice and service
Richard was meticulous in his note taking, gave honest, sensible and realistic advice. He was always available when I wished to talk through any points that were raised during the claim and brought it to a successful conclusion.
