My case was delayed and complicated as this firm left out valuable information and my marriage certificate in submitting my case. They did not advise that further documents would be required to prove my marriage either and said we only need to submit a marriage certificate which they did not even submit just kept it in their office.

This was done to refuse and complicate my case and thus meant more money for them.

Unprofessional solicitor Mr shah syed has been a pain to deal with.
Our case was a simple spouse visa case. We provided all documents but on purpose they left out our documents to show our genuine relationship and only submitted our marriage certificate. This has led to a rejection of our visa!!
We are now having to spend thousands more pounds money which we don’t have and the simple with no response from this awful firm!!
Needless to say we are taking things further but this company has been an absolutely disgrace to deal with …we are so stressed they have ruined our money and our lives!!! Please don’t fall for the thank you cards at the reception like we did!!!!!
