I am a Licensed Conveyancer at Amphlett Lissimore and I work in the Conveyancing department, based at our Crystal Palace office. I specialise in residential conveyancing. I have worked in this area of law since 2014. Moving house can sometimes be considered a stressful event. I ensure that my clients are kept up to date and will advise you at every stage of your property transaction, making sure that the process is as smooth and as stress-free as possible. Although based at Crystal Palace, where I work with clients from all the surrounding areas including West Norwood, South Norwood, and Dulwich. I also deal with Conveyancing matters at our other offices. This means that clients can meet with me at any of our offices located across South London - wherever is most convenient for you. I also work closely with the Family Law department dealing with Conveyancing matters, Transfers of Equity, Sales and Purchases, which arise as a result of a divorce or separation.

A very refreshing change from my normal experience with conveyancing firms! Rebecca was awesome - responded very promptly to queries, was polite and and very efficient. I am selling off my remaining 3 BTL properties over the next three years and will be using this service for all of them.

Superb throughout

Rebecca has been superb throughout. She has been a delight to work with, efficient, proactive, keeping me up to date and making the whole process of selling my property a breeze. This was a surprise as this has not been my experience with other property sales and purchases where one often wondered who the solicitor was working for! I have already recommended Rebecca to my daughter and her partner with their sale and purchase. Thank you Rebecca.

My fourth time using Amphlett Lissimore and I cant recommend highly enough. In what was a really stressful conveyancing process with a long chain Rebecca and Niamh always respond to emails and communications within hours and attend to things ahead of time.
