After dealing with Wadsworth solicitors sorting out my parents wills and power of attorney I decided there was no place better to go to sort out mine and my husbands, dealt with Michael who is so approachable and friendly and clearly explains everything in detail with no legal jargon so you understand everything involved, would definitely recommend to everyone

Updates to my Will - Feb 2025
I've used Wadsworth Solicitors for about 5 years for services such as Title Transfer of Property and updates to my Will.
The process for updating my Will was easy and I learnt something new about Letter of Wishes which I had not considered before but creates peace of mind when thinking about end-of-life matters.
The information and guidance was clear and after a couple face-to-face meetings and a few email exchanges to make edits on the Will, I was able to sign it off. Michael Wadsworth is great to deal with, very down to earth and understands all matters related to finance and family in today's world.
Its good to know I can count on Wadsworth Solicitors for any legal matters. Recommended.

Review of will writing
Mike Wadsworth provided a great and relatively inexpensive will writing service for my wife and me.It took very little time and we received drafts within two days and signed the final draft within a week.

Renewed my will and organised power of attorney for health and finance
Very supportive and sympathetic as my husband had recently died and I felt I wanted security, not only requiring a new will but also people in place to make decisions for my health and finance if / when required. They gave me very good advice and support.

Excellent service as always
Having used Michael Wadsworth at Wadsworths Solicitors for a number of years now I thought it right to leave a review and state what excellent service we have always received over many years - With losing a few older family members in quick succession and dealing with all that is associated the service has always been second to none, making financial arrangements for the future including Wills is very efficient, I have recently made a Will adjustment and the completion time has been completed so efficiently is was effortless - Would highly recommend and will use again for all my requirements
