After dealing with Wadsworth solicitors sorting out my parents wills and power of attorney I decided there was no place better to go to sort out mine and my husbands, dealt with Michael who is so approachable and friendly and clearly explains everything in detail with no legal jargon so you understand everything involved, would definitely recommend to everyone

Exceptional service
When dealing with family death and loss and then the probate, you are generally not yourself and therefore from the initial call to book in a consultation to the granting the probate, this company excelled in all parts and especially putting you at ease and working with you through a difficult period, with professionalism and understanding in what I was thinking would be a long drawn out affair. The communication, the service was excellent for every step of the process and when Probate was submitted on the 6th January, I was not expecting to have it granted in 10 days!! So thank you Mike and the whole team.

Totally recommended
We visited Wadsworths Solicitors to discuss probate, we met with the director himself, Michael Wadsworth who was such a lovely guy. He was super friendly as are all their staff and so knowledgeable, helpful and honest, a quality some lack in this day and age.
We would definitely recommend Wadsworths Solicitors, they get five star recommendation from me

Update of will and power of attorney
We first used Wadsworths solicitors back in 2000 to write a will, excellant service with explanations along the way. We have since used them in 2013 and most recently in 2024 to bring our will up to date and put in place the power of attorney, even though we have moved from Birmingham to Cornwall , there was no problems encountered, a very obliging company making sure all needs are met and fully explained .

Will writing

Dr Colin Thompson - Executor for The Estate of Ann Wrenn deceased
Victoria Wadsworth and her team shared their vast experience and skills in handling the Estate of a deceased person of which I was the Executor. Victoria and her team were methodical and articulated every process.
Also, Alexandra Tait, Director of Wadsworth handled the purchase of the freehold property and Sale of the freehold property for the Estate methodically with articulating every process.
It has been a pleasure working with you and your team as the Executor for the late Ann Wrenn’s Estate.

Complex matter made easy with professional advice
