I understand that the legal process can be very daunting so I aim to put clients at ease, whilst advising and assisting throughout a very stressful and highly personal time in their lives. My clients describe me as empathetic, understanding, supportive and honest. I endeavour to make the law understandable and relevant when advising, whilst empowering clients during difficult times. I recognise that all clients’ needs are different, and I will work to achieve the best outcome for your particular circumstances. I have worked exclusively in family law since 2012 and qualified as a specialist family lawyer in July 2022, having cross converted from being a Chartered Legal Executive. I maintain both qualifications and am therefore a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, as well as a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. I have acted for clients in cases that have been heard in the Royal Courts of Justice in relation to international child abduction matters. I represent clients from all backgrounds, from across the UK in family law matters.

A big thank you to all the team at Evolve Family Law. Yourself [Amber] for being incredible to work with professionally � what stamina � but also for your humane side and understanding on all levels of the case, especially the emotionally sensitive issues. Louise for her guidance and deeper understanding of the situation-I am grateful to her for her advice especially when my ex threw the last minute grenade of our son moving to live with him. And of course, Robin for taking over and doing a great job at advising me and assisting at the last stage of the process. I first had a consultation with Robin Charrot who was excellent, the advice and recommendations were more than I could off initially imagined. I then met with Amber Oakley who took control of my case. Between Amber and Robin I do not think I would of got through my divorce in the short duration I did. They were excellent, professional, sincere and most importantly very honest throughout the whole process I cannot recommended Evolve Family Law Ltd enough and I am still highly grateful for the help/service they provided me.

Excellent from the very start, helpful and responsive reception team put me on the the outstanding Amber Oakley. I couldn’t have asked for more, she helped me through all my questions on my divorce and child arrangements case, was knowledgable professional and friendly. Could not recommend highly enough.

I used the services of Evolve Law from 2022-2023. From my first meeting to the end of my court case, I received a personalised service. My Solicitor A.O, was professional, accommodating and supportive. I was relaxed throughout the whole process for someone who gets anxious easily. I was able to get the right child order that worked fully in the best interest of my child. Court proceedings for Child order can be stressful and daunting, but with the right firm and Solicitor, I felt supported in my decisions and got the right advice when I needed it. I will highly recommend using Evolve Family Law for any Family matters. They deserve 5 Stars...
