I am a Solicitor in the Housing Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I currently work under the supervision of Solicitor, Daljit Singh Shina. I advise and assist on a range of housing law matters including homelessness, disrepair, possession proceedings, judicial reviews, review/appeals relating to local authority housing decisions, freeholder and/or leaseholder disputes, injunctions, claims for harassment and unlawful eviction and housing matters relating to anti-social behaviour. I also undertake advocacy on behalf of clients, as well as assisting as a Court Duty adviser. I endeavour to reach positive outcomes for my clients. I have experience in representing vulnerable clients including those who suffer from mental health issues, disabilities and other difficulties. I have previous experience running a debt clinic at my Local Citizens Advice. I have also assisted in various projects, which include advising clients with housing, criminal and family issues.
