Took the strain away
I was recommended to speak with Jenni for my recent new build house purchase and can see why.
Having reserved my new build house nearly 12 months ago, Jenni has been with me from day 1. When I've felt like giving up because the housebuilders kept moving goalposts, changing dates, having to apply for mortgage as first mortgage expired, sellers paperwork taking far longer than led to believe, Jenni has kept me going and constantly chased the sellers solicitors.
Communication has been great, and Jenni kept pushing the sellers solicitors and made everything easy to understand.

Highly recommended
We used Jenni Shoreman for two transactions, one selling and one buying a property. Both had issues, especially the one we were buying, as our relatives, who had lived there for 34 years, were not registered as the owners. It took a lot of time to overcome many obstacles, but Jenni and Mandy were fantastic. Communication was great throughout, they chased the other parties constantly, and always responded quickly to our queries. It is the second time I have used Marsden Rawsthorn and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Totally satisfied with the service provided

Excellent service from everyone.
Jenni and Mandy gave us a wonderful personal service. Home buyer

Buying our first home
I was incredibly impressed with the service given by Marsden Rawsthorn. Everyone we dealt with in the company was organised, approachable and professional. In particular, our main contact Jenni went above and beyond to ensure all processes ran smoothly and in good time. Buying your first home is a daunting time, but the experience we received made it an easy process and put us totally at ease knowing that we were in good hands. Everything was explained to us in a way that allowed us to understand the processes and was dealt with swiftly. All in all, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend.
