Had a pleasant experience with maples. Donna dealt with our house sale and buying process and everything was very smooth with no issues. Everything went through very quickly. Would highly recommend and a personal thankyou to Donna for all her hard work ❤️

Very Approachable
We were selling our property through a different solicitor but were unable to buy through that solicitor as they were our sellers solicitor so we had to use Maples.
We found them very professional and knowledgeable.
We were so impressed that we are now using them for our Wills and Power of Attorney.

Conveyancing
Helpful friendly service. Always approachable to speak to re queries, any problems. Very obliging and pleasant staff. I would recommend wholeheartedly. I always use Maples for any legal matter as they provide quality service at a competitive fee and readily awaitable appointments.

Unprofessional and lacking Customer service or thought
I engaged the company to act for my property purchase, and after an email from me to them, to ask for an update on progress, i was advised that the team member has been signed off sick for the forseeable, so another team member "will" pick the file up. I questioned whether this issue would cause delays ad it was "will", not "has", and asked if i would be free to leave if there would be issues due to workloads, as i think is fair. The response was that they would be able to handle it accordingly, but i can now leave. Before finishing an email conversation about the matter, they had already communicated to all parties they were no longer representing me, and point blank told me to find other representation.

Donna and Laura - Conveyancing Stars
Donna and Laura (in Donna's absence) dealt with my home purchase.
You couldn't ask for a nicer couple of ladies. Both answered my enquiries in a timely fashion, very knowledgeable, friendly and completely on the ball.
If you are looking for a conveyancer who will respond quickly and keep you updated at every stage then either of these ladies can do the job. Highly recommended.
