We found Radshaw via the Free Wills Month scheme. Very professional and friendly meetings. Communications via email were also responsive. Adela was very patient with my father during the Will signing meeting. Also offered sensitive advice and insight into the process when the client passes and further services if required. Would recommend.

Very poor service
Adela took a long time to assist me. She provided one set of advice then changed her mind several days later. The facts she used were incorrect and she caused me an immense amount of upset at an already difficult time.

Great service from start to finish
Going through a divorce is never easy but Adela and her team made the whole process a lot easier to get through. Always available to help with queries and answer questions. Explained everything clearly and I always knew where I was. Would definitely recommend.

Will draft
I first met Adela and her team when we required assistance to create a Will and POA for a family member during what was and extremely difficult time for us as a family. Adela was friendly, approachable, kind, provided guidance, explained things very clearly and was very patient. The end to end experience as a whole was fantastic and made easy.
I then contacted Adela to create my own Will knowing the experience would be seamless and not stressful.

First Class Service - Divorce
I met with Adela at the beginning of my divorce process and she was very reassuring and talked me through the whole process in laymans terms. She continued to guide me through each stage and kept in regular contact, ensuring I was always up to date. Adela also chased the courts to ensure the case was being prioritised.

Adela and her team are incredibly friendly down to earth plain speaking people without the reams of complicated legal ‘goobledygook’ punctuating every communication (written or spoken). Excellent Service From the Outset
My husband and I were initially with another solicitor for my immigration to the UK from the US, but we were not happy with the level of service. We were introduced to Adela, who took immediate action with my case and provided excellent advice. She was thorough and professional through the entire experience.
