Great communication - would recommend
Stephen and his team competently and professionally dealt with my house sale and purchase. The circumstances were challenging, however Stephen provided fantastic communication and advice throughout, making the process as stress and hassle free as possible. A refreshing change from previous house moves.

Money well spent!
I was buying a house and had instructed previous solicitors to do the conveyancing for me.
Unfortunately they sat on it for 5 months and did bare minimum.
Was worried due to mortgage offer running out, had only 1 month to go so decided to switch.
Best decision I had made! Case was given to Stephen Taylor who managed to sort it all out straightaway, completed the house within a month!!
I was worried that I had taken a gamble but needn't have as they sorted everything for me. Was very thorough.

Conveyancing

Excellent conveyancing service
Buying and selling property can be a stressful experience. Stephen and Francesca at Howells were calm and professional throughout, offering excellent advice when it was needed. Responsive and Professional
I chose Howells to sell my London home. I wanted a Sheffield firm to have the business as a commitment to levelling up. I was not disappointed. They were responsive, patient with my IT ineptitudes, professional and good value for money. I liked their collegiate approach. Most importantly, the sale was completed to suddenly- changed and very tight timescale. Thank you Stephen and Sofiah
