Shocking experience with this company. No customer service or ongoing client support. They’ll take your money and then nothing. After more than two years our issue is still unresolved and their excuse - a member of staff left!! Appalling service. Avoid like the plague.

Never before have I encountered a solicitors firm where it is impossible to speak to anybody, ever. I've been trying to talk to someone for over a week, left countless voicemail messages without response. Even reception goes straight to voicemail, they don't even make a pretence of trying to help you.

i've used Bawtrees a number of times, for conveyancing and other services, and always found them to be excellent. A recent case was dealt with just as well as always and i thought it worth reviewing!

In September 2919 appointed Adam Shirley to do declaration of trust .... 6 months later nothing .. I’m the one always trying to get updates. Awful service
