We recently used Cygnet Law to act as the conveyancer for our sale/purchase and were dealt with by James and Melanie who we can't thank enough; they were highly professional and supportive throughout the whole process and none of it felt quite as stressful as we had expected.
We would highly recommend them and won't think twice about using Cygnet Law again, should we ever need to!

5 star conveyancing experience
I was selling my house with cygnet law and had James Gallagher as my solicitor. Can’t speak more highly of James - explained everything, always replied to emails promptly. Great experience and will be using James again in the near future. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Great experience
Cygnet law were fantastic from start to finish assisting me with a move to my first home. James Gallagher in particular was extremely helpful and always available to answer any queries and kept me fully aware with everything that was going on throughout the process. He also took the time explaining everything to me as it was my first time buying a property this made me feel at ease and his knowledge on every matter was excellent . I would recommend the company to anybody who needs a soliciting firm

From start to finish - exemplary service.
I recently purchased a new home and Cygnet Law provided an outstanding service from the outset.
Great communication from Rachel and James, everything went through very smoothly.
