Exemplary service
Mr Stanley oversaw my case to provide his expertise on the matter as i was applying for a non molestation order. Jason has been nothing but professional and understood the nuances of my case on an individual basis. It was extremely impressive observing him obtain a temporary order until the case is heard in full, he has great rapport with judges and you can tell he puts hours into background research.

Very professional and clear advice
Jason came highly recommended to me at the eleventh hour, just before a court hearing. I have found him to be extremely structured and professional in his approach. His advice has been invaluable, and he has consistently delivered on time as promised.
Last Friday night, he even discussed my case during his commute home and continued to engage with me on Sunday, dedicating his personal time to ensure I was well-prepared.

I cannot thank Jason enough. He was kind, compassionate, professional and became my voice of reason throughout an extremely painful period in my life. As expected with family law, the cases are fraught with pain and sadness and Jason’s connection to humanity is a breath of fresh air.

Civil Matter
I would like to thank & commend Jason personally for the effort & dedication he invested to ensure I secured the success Jason & I worked so hard to achieve.
He detected the notions of tact from the start having had an in-depth discussion and review of my case bundle thus fa so I decided to change Solictors 1 year into litigation as Jason showed more understanding, drive and commitment.
Yes although more costly in comparison to other legals - his intelligence, experience & being able to manage my frustrations whilst achieving the steps necessary showed me he was the individual I needed for the case.
His empathy & understanding of the challenges I faced were on-point
along with his Professionalism in all areas. The stout robust approach gave me the confidence to know it would come good!

Positive outcome in a difficult case
I instructed Jason to represent myself in the children’s matter. I am incredibly grateful to Jason for his guidance, rational approach, wisdom and efficiency. Throughout this challenging time and several court cases, Jason was always extremely professional and supportive.
With Jason’s support and legal advice, the outcome was successful despite the challenges of untrue allegations and manipulations to limit the children’s time with me. I am delighted that the court ordered an equal shared care child arrangement, which was set out early in the matter. I am delighted with the outcome, and I can now move on and both children and I are in a much better place.
