Clinical Negligence
OUTSTANDING service from start to finish! After experiencing clinical negligence, I turned to Wolferstans Solicitors for help and was not disappointed. Peter and Emma have been amazing and I would highly recommend them in future.
Peter and Emma have been very understanding and respectful during times of anxiety and uncertainty. My case has been challenging at times, as well as mentally exhausting, but the service they have both provided has been very clear, honest and empathetic. Performance 'satisfaction' a good solicitor
I have been informed of the progress of my case all the way. Explanations have been clear and understandable despite the difficulties and complications of the case. The outcome which took years, was an 'admitted' liability, which was very important. Peter and the team understood this. The case was handled with sensitivity and clear guidance.

Clinical Negligence Claim

Amazing solicitors
