Prompt and efficient
We were really pleased with the service. Initially we weren’t satisfied with the level of detail we were receiving about what was happening and updates are smaller processes, although this is a personal thing and other people might not want to be kept as informed. Once we addressed this we had a 5 star experience and our solicitors acted with our best interests and were incredibly quick to get act and respond.

got there in the end
Our sale fell through twice before we finally got the sale completed. Our purchase was just as troublesome. Through all this Emma kept her cool and got the job done. Thank you.

Buying first house
Buying our first home , sellers solicitors made it hard work but Emma manage to get it over the line for us before our mortgage offer ran out!

Purchasing first property
We worked with Emma Kelleher to buy our first property. She was thorough, quick and efficient. We felt very secure knowing Emma was taking care of everything for us. The sale was complete in 5weeks.

Brilliant service
Emma did a brilliant job on our house sale and purchase. She always responded quickly to any questions, was really thorough and turned things around very fast when everything was pushed to the last minute by another part of the chain so that we could still complete on time. I genuinely don't think we would have got it over the line when we did if it hadn't been for her hard work! In what was a very stressful process we were so glad to have such a good solicitor working for us. Thank you!
