Sarah has been fantastic. We used Tozers for moving house and she has been helpful all along the way as well as very professional. In the end it proved better than going for a cheap national solicitor.

Very happy

Would recommend
Would definitely recommend Sarah and her team. The communication was consistent and efficient throughout. Whenever we contacted Sarah we were kept well informed and she answered all of our questions in detail as and quickly as possible and with our best interests in mind. We would use Tozers again.

Property Sale

Efficient and thorough.
We had used Tozers before in conveyancing, and had no hesitation in returning to them for legal advice following my husband’s death. They took away all the worry, were compassionate, as well as efficient, thorough and kept me informed throughout the probate process.

First class service
Sarah was fantastic throughout our house sale and purchase.
Her knowledge and clear communication were invaluable, she's both professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we were kept fully informed of proceedings at all times.

Home sale and purchase
Our home move was straightforward on paper, but quickly developed a number of complexities (some unforeseen) - ranging from dealing with a property management co and Homes and Communities Agency (HTB redemption) as well as matters involving parties across the chain. Sarah and her team were professional, diligent, responsive and patient throughout - making the process run as smoothly as it could have done under somewhat challenging circumstances. Would thoroughly recommend.
