I can 100% say Clarke Rowe have been wonderful. I have used this company on many occasions , they have been helpful, communicative,and well priced. I can only praise them for all there help and understanding as we know buying a house is a stressful process.

I have used this firm many times and find their conveyancing service highly efficient and extremely thorough. Would not consider using anyone else.

I had to chase up several times myself to find that the original email from the sellers solicitor had been missed by Clarke Rowe which caused a 2 week delay that they (at the time) insisted was the fault of the seller's. After getting the documents resent I purchased a weekly update package. After a few weeks I stopped receiving my weekly updates and when I questioned this I was told that I should not 'tell them how to run their firm'

Overall I had quite a negative experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Thorough, diligent and excellent value for money. Felt extremely well cared for during a recent complex property transaction, which Louise and Babs worked very hard to get finalised to a high standard and satisfactory conclusion. Would recommend without fail.
