House purchase went through within timescale which was due to solicitors legal knowledge and work, otherwise there could have been delays due to third parties.

We got there in the end thanks to Charis
Not the easiest house sale/purchase we’ve ever done, but with perseverance and Charis pulling it out of the bag at the last minute we got there!
