Exceptional outcome with lease extension for my flat
When I was thinking of a lease extension for my flat, I was very worried. I didn't know how to go about it and was also aware that this isn't an easy process. I contacted Karina Kapur at Bishop & Sewell and I am so glad that I did.
Karina is an exceptional solicitor with great legal knowledge. I was given the correct recommendations at every stage, was kept fully aware and she was very professional and clear. The lease extension process took a while due to delays from the freeholder but Karina always kept me informed with her timely and clear responses. Leasehold Extension
Karina Kapur assisted us with a leasehold extension which, unfortunately, span over a couple of years from start to finish. Throughout the entire process her professionalism and kindness stood out and rendered things very easy and palatable from our standpoint and we would highly recommend using her services.

Great service at a very reasonable fee
Karina Kapur looked after us during a very long drawn and tricky transaction where the residents were trying to acquire the freehold of their building. The freehold title was riddled with charges and the seller - a firm specialised in selling distressed assets - was very unmotivated. Karina, who is very knowledgeable in property matters, was relentless in chasing them and painstakingly researching and having all the charges removed. She did an amazing job and got us the results we were hoping for. She negotiated well on our behalf and always had our best interest at heart. She also was kind with her fees level. I couldn't recommend her or her legal firm more.

Reliable Service
I had a very efficient and reasonable outcome when I extended my local authority lease with Karina and this Firm, even getting retrospective information very quickly that I had lost years later !

Highly efficient and competent
Ms Karina Kapur has just completed for me a long, drawn out matter dealing with awkward and obstructive people. She is the most efficient solicitor I have ever used. She dealt. Property Lease Purchase
Having never purchased a property lease before I was unsure of the process and cost until Karina from Bishop & Sewell LLP was recommended to me. From the first email through to completion she made everything so clear and easy to understand and was extremely helpful if I had any questions. She was very professional and always responded instantly should I contact her. Lease Extension
I spent some time researching solicitors to instruct for a lease extension. I called Bishop & Sewell and was put straight through to Chris Macartney. He was very friendly, professional and fast at emailing me relevant information on the same day. Very different from the other solicitors I contacted who took days to get back to me.
Karina Kapur was then assigned to act for me. She was very diligent, tenacious and professional at every stage of the process. I felt in very safe hands with Karina and would not hesitate to instruct Bishop & Sewell again.

Very professional and efficient service
Karina Kapur at Bishop & Sewell acted for me when I extended the lease on my London property. She was extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with the whole legal process and explaining it to me (a complete novice). Ms Kapur is an expert in this field, and I certainly had full confidence in her work - my new lease was concluded in a timely fashion. Bishop & Sewell's fees for this work were very reasonable, compared to other legal firms I considered using. I would definitely recommend their services.
