Suzanne joined the Family Law department in 2016 as a Partner after starting her legal career on the South Coast in 2003 when she qualified as a Solicitor. Since then, she has worked exclusively in family law.
Over her years since qualifying, Suzanne has gained a wealth of experience advising clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce and the subsequent financial claims, private children law matters and cohabitation agreements and disputes. Suzanne has particular interests in working with Military personnel and their families in light of her own personal connections with the Armed Forces, as well as Court Advocacy work. Suzanne is proud to have a 100% success rate in removal from jurisdiction cases, for both the applicant wishing to relocate and as the respondent wishing to prevent the removal. Her pragmatic advice presents the best possible case to the Judge and enables them to make the right decision, whether that be to allow the removal or to prevent it.
Clients often comment on Suzanne's common sense approach and her ability to look objectively at their situation, tailoring her advice accordingly. She recognises the fact that people come to her when they have hit bumps in the road on their life journey, and she gets immense satisfaction from helping people move on from a bad situation through her advice and guidance. Her manner of working with her clients has led to several clients return to her for second divorces and many clients who have been referred by their partners for whom she has acted previously.
Following her qualification as a Solicitor in 2003, Suzanne worked for various law firms across the South including in Christchurch, Salisbury and Basingstoke. In addition to her legal qualifications, she is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Private Children Law and Complex Financial Remedy, priding herself on her supportive and approachable attitude, working hard to achieve the desired outcome as efficiently as possible.
When discussing her time at Parker Bullen to date, Suzanne reflects on the inclusive ethos of the firm and the positive direction the firm is moving in, particularly enjoying the team she works in and being part of the driving strategic force along with her fellow Partners.

Professionals to be relied upon.
I am currently in the process of divorce and buying/selling property. The conveyancing has been made difficult by an obstructive solicitor further down the chain. However, in spite of this, I have been very well advised, supported and kept up to date by both of my solicitors, and their associated team members. I have felt, and continue to feel completely confident in the good humoured service they provide. I am so glad that I chose these thoroughly splendiferous solicitors to assist me through this challenging time in my life.

Outstanding service
Parker Bullen have provided the most excellent service. After a disappointing experience with another law firm where my divorce proceedings had come to a standstill, I changed to Parker Bullen and received sound advice, swift action and all encompassing support from my solicitor, resulting in the Decree Absolute including a Pension Sharing Order within a few months.
At all times did I feel supported - I cannot recommend Parker Bullen enough. Thank you!
