Amazing support for first time buyers
Martin was brilliant - so professional and personable. He clearly has a lot of expertise, and we always felt were in safe hands. He's always available to speak on the phone, and is incredibly patient and reassuring. He worked efficiently and quickly to get our sale done in a few months, including over the Christmas/New Year period. Would highly recommend using Martin, and have already referred him to my friends.

Fantastic
Martin was everything I would expect a top solicitor to be. He was knowledgeable, responsive, supportive, calm, and overall an excellent professional to work with. I would use Martin and RIAA Barker Gillette again without hesitation. Sharon is also an amazing member of the team that complimented Martin and made the conveyancing experience even easier.

Professional, prompt and quality services
The team were friendly and approachable, responding to emails/phone calls promptly - sometimes multiple times within the same day and even while on leave at times!
They were professional and kept me well-informed throughout the process, with my solicitor asking detailed questions and leaving no stone unturned when it came to getting the required information to proceed with the purchase. They made sure I was comfortable with what was provided and understood what was happening before proceeding, ensuring I was comfortable to proceed.
Overall I couldn't be happier with the service provided and would definitely come back to them for further legal services.
