I employed Hassan Dervish to be my solicitor in a rather long winded case between myself and the freeholders of a flat I own in a dispute against a roof replacement and damp issue. From the beginning Hassan made me feel confident and relaxed with his friendly but professional ways, which I very much appreciated as I have not had any experience with the justice system or court befure He was always there to reassure me when I rang with a query, prompt to respond to my emails and gave me excellent advice at a reasonable hourly rate. As such, my case was eventually settled out of court at an amount I am satisfied with. I would not hesitate to recommend Hassan to anyone who needs a solicitor for litigation and tenant/landlord disputes. I really could not fault his service. Thank you Hassan!
