Whilst being stressed by the poor condition of my premises regarding mould it all took my toll... it's affected my mental health my children's HEALTH and ruined mine an my families life....I kept going backwards an forwards to my council to correct these problems since 2021 and NO solution was done... I saw a advertisement regarding HELP for the first time and made the call to COURMACS Itd I was skeptical at first and was awarded a ADVISOR who took ALL matters in to there hands unfortunately I never had a particular handler but still received all the support.... Now I have been appointed to a handler called SOPHIA an she's helped us and has made me and my family feel more at ease for pushing all repairs an helped us to get compensated for our losses.... We still have repairs to be done but I'd like to say I'm very happy of the service that I've received many thanks
