Used Bridge McFarland Louth for the first time as we wanted a local company for easy access.
From first contacting receptionist to the whole solicitor/conveyancing team particularly Miah, Evie and Sarah the service and reassurance from the team was exemplary.

Sale of property
Mia and Sarah were great in dealing with the sale of my house. They were very helpful and engaging. They both kept me up to date with the progress and everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family

Great service
Mia, Emma, Evie and Sarah were lovely to work with. Despite Christmas delays we managed to drive my house sale forward. Emma went above and beyond to get on a call and explain all of the documents. I'm over the moon to have my new home!

Very helpful & reassuring
The team at Bridge McFarland were very helpful, Mia, Evie, Emma and Sarah all had a part in helping me to complete on my first home. They were great at keeping me updated along the way and even with a bank hiccup at the end were very helpful and reassuring.
Everything was really clear, I had all the information at every stage of the purchase and always felt like I had all the information to make the right decisions.
