Simply Superb - you will not find better!
Motoring Defence Solicitors supported me in my defence against two driving offences, one relating to insurance and the other a speeding ticket.
The quality of guidance and support provided by Gillian was superb throughout. The issues were discussed in detail, and options and probabilities thoroughly explored to enable me to come to the best conclusion as to the optimum course of action. Gillian has a highly professional and non judgemental manner that immediately put me at ease and left me in little doubt that I had high quality support in these matters. The requisite paperwork was dealt with in a very efficient and effective way and she was persistent and robust in pursing the matter with the Court beforehand, a characteristic that later served me well in Court.
On the day we had a slice of luck with the CPS failing to produce appropriate documentation despite having 9 months to prepare, but as a result of the detailed preparation put in beforehand the Barrister provided by Motoring Defence Solicitors was able to capitalise on that to secure a positive result. The quality of support turned what would otherwise have been an anxiety-inducing disaster into a very positive experience.
I would absolutely recommend Motoring Defence Solicitors and Gillian - they will make sure you get the best possible outcome under what might be very trying circumstances. Their process is simple and elegant, their fees reasonable in the context of the excellent support they provide, and the whole experience has been universally positive.

Don’t think twice just do it!!!!
I found motor defence solicitors online literally just by trying to find a representative, I had a look at the reviews and at that time it was probably around 4.7 but stories were positive and just the sheer determination I just plunged and gave them a call. What’s the worse that could happen? I was already facing it. Spoke to Gillian who was lovely, understood my work schedule and didn’t give up on me. Court put my charges up from drink driving to unfit to drive but Gillian kept me reassured. Court failed me a few times telling me to come back or in the wrong court whilst dealing with a lot of health issues. On the last day had a swap in solicitors but Gillian made sure she brought out her best and that was John absolute gem! Fought my corner without even stepping inside the court and my case was DISSMISSED!! I was in shock!!! If you’re thinking of motor defence don’t think just do it!!

Son charged with Driving under influence of Drugs.
We have a Son with special needs who was arrested for Driving under the influence of Drugs.
Gillian and the team were spectacular in understanding the circumstances we as a family had found ourself in and gave us great advice,constant support and clear information over a 16 month period whilst the Prosecution moved forward.
The legal thoroughness that Gillian demonstrated really ensured that despite our Son being Charged and going to magistrates court that the result was “Case Dismissed”
I am totally convinced that without this patient,expert, analytical support our Son on his first offence would have lost his driving licence and livelihood.
