Nic Dino and his team once again did a fantastic job for the sale of my house. This was probably my 3rd house sale/buy through Nic in the last 10 years. Nic guided me through each step, protected my interests and pushed back unacceptable requests from the Buyer's solicitor. and patiently explained risks for any agreement i would like to make. I am very happy with the services from Woodfines Cambridge. I'd give more than 5 stars review to Nic Dino.

Great team at Woodfines
We've used Woodfines, specifically Nic at Woodfines, for our house purchases - one purchase that we pulled out of due to seller issues and one that successfully concluded.
Nic and his team were extremely efficient, offering great advice and ensuring that we were running to schedule. I would thoroughly recommend Nic and the Woodfines team.

Excellent conveyancing experience
Extremely pleased with the conveyancing service provided. My last experience was with an online conveyancer and the personal and highly responsive professional service provided by Nic and his team was worth every penny of the difference in cost. In fact his knowledge saved us money in pushing back on unnecessary indemnity insurance requested by the purchasers solicitor.

Sale of 13 Mallinson Road
The sale of our house which has been in the family since 1933 was a somewhat daunting task, however the conveyancing was carried out flawlessly.

House sale
I sold a house recently and Nic Dino was the solicitor who assisted with this. It was a very smooth transition and Nic was really helpful and professional. The advice I was given was fab and I would definitely use Woodfines and Nic again.

Excellent comprehensive service provided.
