Sale of my property

Excellent Service
The previous solicitors I used in purchasing my property over a year ago, did not complete in registering my name or mortgage with land registry and were closed down by the SRA. Was very frustrated and stressed as I already paid them in full for a service they did not complete. The intervention agents dealing with the files of the closed firm recommended using Stephensons. I am so happy Natalie Penman (solicitor) was assigned with my case. She was so knowledgeable, empathic, and understanding. She processed my application with land registry on Friday afternoon on Monday morning it had been registered after being told by numerous of solicitors that this process would take anything up to 3 months, I am very grateful for Natalie efficiency in dealing with this matter. I cant thank her enough for getting this sorted and will definitely be using your firm again.
