My partner and I used Rothera Bray for our recent house purchase, and honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Our conveyancing solicitor, Emily Weston, was incredibly helpful throughout, helping us to navigate a process that would have otherwise proved extremely daunting as first-time buyers. She and her colleagues in the Beeston office were always friendly and good-natured whenever we contacted them with any enquiries, and proved tireless advocates on our behalf. They are our first and only call next time around!

My wife and I have nothing but the highest praise for Emily Weston and her team. Emily came highly recommended to us by our London estate agent, who particularly recommended Emily for her instant responses to both email and telephone queries during the conveyancing process. He knew how critical this was to us in our plan to relocate internationally. At the time of our sale, the average completion time was quoted as eighteen weeks. Emily completed for us in eight weeks!!
