Divorce - Excellent assistance and a successful outcome
I instructed Judith Buckland for assistance with a complex financial remedy case after previous solicitors being unhelpful and unclear. From the very first phone call, Judith was concise and straightforward, providing excellent, honest advice and assistance. Judith was my solicitor throughout proceedings which went all the way to a final hearing due to non-cooperation by my ex-husband, yet throughout this, Judith was always efficient and proactive and cost-minded too. In the end, I had a very successful outcome thanks to the legal advice and help from Judith, and would recommend her to anyone dealing with complex financial matters in divorce.

Divorce
I cannot praise Judith highly enough. She has been personable, communicative and incredibly helpful through a difficult time. She has helped guide me through the divorce process helping me reach a sensible agreeable outcome whilst remaining mindful of costs. I would definitely recommend.

Divorce proceedings
Judith represented me during the divorce process. She has made herself available and provided relevant advise in a manner that I was able to easily understand. It was clear that Judith has an in-depth understanding of the whole process and guided me through the issues that arose, pre-empting the responses and keeping me fully informed at relevant intervals. Perfect at every level
