I was in a bad place last year with my life but sam really helped me and wasn't pushy fees were reasonable and I av now since sorted myself out again and was always there to speak to and explain everything to me and was really understanding with me too thank you so much for your help sam

Finally divorced!
I was going through quite a messy divorce, Sam was there every step of the way helping me to carry on when I wanted to give up.
No matter what problems arose Sam and her team got me through keeping me calm throughout.
I cannot thank Sam and team enough for finally being divorced and my finances sorted.

Exceptional Legal Representation
I recently worked with Sills and Betteridge, and specifically with Samantha Barrett as my solicitor, on a family court case. I'm pleased to say that the outcome was positive, and my son's interests were protected.
Throughout the legal proceedings, I was impressed by Samantha's knowledge and expertise. She was able to provide me with clear and comprehensive advice, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Her professionalism and dedication to my case were evident, and I felt confident in her abilities as my legal representative.
In addition, Samantha recommended a barrister to represent me in my final court hearing, and I have to say that he was excellent. Good help and advice

A Sucessful Outcome

divorce experience
Sills & Betteridge were actually my second choice. My first choice of solicitors failed to get back to me. I wasn't really sure what to expect but from the first appointment and assessment my mind and worries were put at ease. Samantha always kept me informed and provided me with honest, clear recommendations and direction. Going through a divorce is not easy but Samantha and the team at Sills were all friendly and very approachable.
