Divorce lawyer
I spoke to a few divorce lawyers before finding Marks Law and immediately felt in safe hands with their information and advice about the process, even before it had begun. The team were very quick at responding and helpful with queries giving balanced and sound recommendations on next steps. I have already recommended them to friends.

Excellent advise and support in moment of distress
Ms Lucy marks was very responsive and booked a quick meeting with concrete advise. She clearly provided advise that was helpful to support a resolution - rather then create billable hours. Very professional and human at the same time.

Marks law has absolutely changed my whole situation . Excellent service
I would strongly recommend Lucy Marks to anyone in need of family-related legal assistance. Throughout my dealings with her she has been sensitive and professional and I have always found her advice timely, reassuring and accurate. She helped me to get an outcome that was in the best interests of my child and for that I am sincerely grateful. Marks Law Recommendation
Lucy Marks is an exceptional solicitor. She has steadfastly represented me for over 3 years and I have always found her and her team to be highly professional and dedicated to protecting my children’s best interests. Marks Law are comparatively very good value for money. They are competitively priced compared to previous solicitors who cost far more but did not deliver as good a service or care about my family like she does. I am forever grateful to Lucy Marks and her team for being so exceptionally efficient. Lucy, is also a mother so she understands parenting and uses this with her in depth knowledge of the family courts and law. Lucy remains calm, even in the most stressful of situations. She is dedicated, friendly, kind and accessible. I feel exceptionally grateful to have been represented by her and cannot recommend her more. Outstanding Family Lawyer
Lucy Marks advised and helped me during a lengthy period of separation and eventual divorce. Due to her fair (but firm) and sound guidance, I was able to navigate through this difficult process which included division of a business and properties. I could not have remained sane without Lucy always being there to steady my thoughts and her ability to find solutions was second to none. My previous experience of solicitors was exhausting, expensive and frankly made me lose faith in human kind. This loss of faith was recovered when dealing with Lucy whose calm head was invaluable during this challenging period of my life. I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Marks Law.

When I first contacted Lucy Marks many years ago, I was in the middle of a very protracted and deeply distressing international family law situation. I recall that Lucy’s website profile at the time suggested that she always endeavoured to guide her clients away from lengthy litigation, and towards early agreement where possible. Lucy’s no nonsense/cut-to-the-chase approach, combined with her strong sense of empathy, has served me very well on a number of occasions since. I would not hesitate in seeking her counsel again.
