Highly Recommend!
I would highly recommend Tinklin Springall solicitors. I have used their conveyancing service on 3 separate occasions with the most recent being July 2024, and each time I have found them to be extremely professional, efficient and transparent, with the transactions going through with the minimum of fuss. Ian at TS provided a very reliable service in the recent purchase of a property. No changes to fees quoted despite a slightly protracted process and challenging other side.

Excellent First Class Service. Responsive and highly efficient
I have used Tinklin Springall a few times now for my house purchases and sales and have always found them to provide a great service. In a world where generally client service and efficiency seems to have dropped its refreshing to see that firms like Tinklin Springall and in particular Ian Springall have actually bucked the trend and got even better. They kept me informed along the whole process and were the ones that were actively ahead of the process in chasing both my buyers and sellers solicitors. I highly recommend this firm and felt compelled to write this well deserved review.

Ian (Springall) has dealt with three conveyances for me so far and he has been wonderful throughout. Two have been particularly stressful and I can't recommend his patience and thoroughness enough. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic service throughout
Ian was my solicitor when buying my first flat. It ended up being a slightly complicated transaction, but Ian guided me throughout, providing really sound advice and helping me make decisions and navigate some of the complexities. He was so quick to respond which made the whole process feel calm and in control.
His final report was incredibly thorough and made me feel confident and calm about the transaction. Ian worked towards my preferred completion date and made sure everything was ready with plenty of time to to. Thank you Ian!
