Wells have worked on a number of property transfers, sales and purchases for me over the past few years and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy / sell. Excellent support dealing with a protracted and twisted house purchase
This house purchase was the second time that Robert Moseley did all the legal work.
(In the first job, Robert managed very smoothly the sale of our Grade Ii* Hall House to nice purchasers who were themselves KC lawyers All went well with that Sale.)
With this recent house purchase I cannot praise Robert Moseley enough in the way that he pleasantly interacted with me and managed, what was for me, an irritating house purchase that dragged on over almost 8 months.
I cannot imagine a more proficient property solicitor than Robert Moseley.

Robert and his assistants dealt very well with a complex sale of our farm building with a consent for residential conversion and 15 acres of land. He was always prompt in giving us advice, suggesting solutions, and responding to numerous questions from the purchasers' solicitor. We were not easy clients to deal with, and we could not have asked for a better to solicitor to act for us. His secretaries were always helpful. Altogether an excellent team, which we would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Thank you , Robert.
