Great experience top to bottom. I was a first time buyer with little knowledge of anything surrounding a purchase of a property. Levi Solicitors (and in particular Team Spells which is the team I was assigned) were very helpful throughout the 8ish week process. Would highly recommend.

Very efficient and thorough
I dealt with Chanelle at Levi Solicitors, who was very professional and supportive throughout the conveyancing process. I would highly recommend them. We altered the application towards the very end of the transaction, however Chanelle was very understanding of this fact and went on to make the relevant changes.

Effiecient
There was delay but not the solicitors it was persimmons . I had a good experience with Levi and was kept updated throughout . Also they were very friendly would use again

Property purchase
Chanelle has been brilliant throughout the entire process from beginning to end. She was always honest and always had time to answer any questions and concerns I had.
