I would highly recommend Catherine and the team at Surrey Property Lawyers. They have been very proactive, with a common sense approach to overcome hiccups and support with the purschase of our first home.
My experience with another lawyer was not good, and Catherine took over our case and converted our experience from stressful to stress free.

The absolute best!
This is the second time we have used Catherine and her brilliant team, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Always efficient, professional and fantastic service. Great value for money, and ensured a smooth process when selling and buying, always on hand to offer advice as well, and Catherine was amazing, often replying to emails out of hours/at weekends. We really appreciated all her hard work, and will definitely be using Surrey Property Lawyers again.

Excellent experience - outstanding lawyers
We found Catherine and her team to be everything that you could wish for with the process of house buying and selling. Catherine was always very responsive, helpful and reassuring and clearly has enormous experience - nothing seems to surprise or phase her!

Excellent service
Our family has used Surrey Property Lawyers a number of times. They provide a great service and are good value for money. We have dealt with Catherine Fewings. When buying or selling a property there can be some quiet stages where no communication happens but you can rest assured that she is paying full attention and will be in touch as soon there is anything to communicate.

They do what it says on the tin!

Excellent for first time buyers
Being a first time buyer there was a lot that was new to me about purchasing a property. Surrey property were there for me every step of the way. Not only were they incredibly efficient and professional but friendly and easy to talk to. Can recommend them 100%

service provided for sale of property
Catherine and her team provided a fantastic service to assist in the sale of my property. I was kept well informed right from the start and throughout the process, which ended up having a few issues.
The amount of work that was done behind the scenes is something that I was not aware of but fully appreciated. There was a lot of unexpected worries which Catherine was excellent at sorting out for me leading to a very smooth completion.
