Clarity, empathy and patience
I had not anticipated the complexities of making a new Will to reflect changed circumstances. Maryam was patient and clear in guiding me through the process. Pressure of work appeared to impact adversely on the progress towards completion of the will. However, I had confidence in Maryam’s knowledge and competence. She was always courteous and empathetic, communicating a quiet authority without ever being pushy. She helped me to clarify my thoughts and gave me the information necessary to make the Will that best expressed my intentions.

First Class Service
It was necessary to write new wills after returning to live in the U.K. and changes in our family circumstances. We have been Hedges clients since 1978 and have always received the same first class service whenever we needed it. Staff have come and gone over the years but the service Maryam gave this time was as fantastic as ever.
