Spoke with Courtney Smith today about my claim and asked if there's any progress with the claim.
Courtney was very professional and extremely helpful explained that there is an extension to my claim.
She also fully explained in a manner that was easy to understand and that any changes in the future would be emailed to me I have moved house since the claim started and Courtney advised me that the address details are correct and everything is going well..
