Highly recommended conveyancing solicitor

Selling aan dBuying homes
Our sale and purchase were successfully completed on the date we wanted. Our conveyancing solicitor was helpful and friendly and competent. Our only concern was that we felt that we were chasing things up to maintain momentum.

Efficient transfer of Right of Way restriction cross land
I was approached by an adjacent landowner to purchase from him a Right of Way across my land to his. Something I had wanted to get removed for a few years. I needed legal representation and a gateway to Land Registry to enable this. I approached Slee Blackwell in South Molton and the process was conducted by them in my behalf with the minimum of fuss and not too much expense.

Gemma Williams
We have used and recommended Gemma Williams several times. Would not use anyone else. The whole company seems to pull together so if Gemma is out of the office we always feel the work carries on smoothly. Super company, friendly, calm but efficient.
