Excellent service
Sold our house through Easthams and the care was first class. Every question answered in a timely manner and courteously dealt with. The sale went through quickly and the solicitors were very knowledgeable and efficient. I would use them again and recommend to friends or family.

Incredible professionalism
Kim and Adele both came recommended by the estate agents. The attention to detail, hard work and pure professionalism was amazing. It wasn’t an easy transaction one way or another but we were always in the best hands.

Fantastic & Efficient
We used Kim O'Hara and Adele Woodhouse to sell and purchase our new property. You hear tales of how poor solicitors can be and how they take forever to do anything. This was definitely not the case with Kim and Adele. They were on the ball with everything chasing up anything that was delayed with other solicitors. They even sometimes chased us up because we were taking too long which was refreshing. They were friendly and always on the end of the phone if we needed to chat. I could not recommend them enough. So efficient and easy to understand.

Conveyancing made easy
