Recently, I was lucky enough to have the wonderful Jade Saward, in charge of my house move. Nothing was too much trouble and she was outstanding in every way! Great experience from start to finish on property transaction
This is the second time in 2 years that I've used Jade and the team at Charles Coleman in relation to property transactions - most recently for the conveyancing of the sale of one of my properties. It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a diligent and proactive team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. If only all solicitors were like this!

Reliable, Efficient and Friendly

A Very Professional Service
We purchased a penthouse flat in a large building. There was some complexity with the lease and the responsibilities between owners and the management company. We were recommended Charles Coleman solicitors by the estate agent. We were looked after by Jade, who runs the department. We had a tight timeline and she called within two hours and the process started on the same day. The work was very professionally handled using knowledge, experience and good judgement. The whole process moved at pace, and we received great common sense advice. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service
My appointed solicitor Jade Saward provided an incredible service over the past couple of years she dealt with my appointments. One was a complicated and messy freehold purchase involving a large group where she managed to get the sale finalised quickly and efficiently despite tricky circumstances, a large group leasehold extension and the sale of my property. She kept me updated and provided clear instructions. Her assistant Rita was also excellent and I’m extremely grateful to the both of them.
