This is a company that cares! They first helped me, about 5 years ago, to sort out my divorce and they were compassionate and always helpful. Recently, I was lucky enough to have the wonderful Jade Saward, in charge of my house move. Nothing was too much trouble and she was outstanding in every way! Sale and purchase excellence!
Jade Saward went above and beyond to complete our house sale and purchase. She was professional, efficient and calm, spending her own time out of office hours to get our sale and purchase complete two days before Christmas and under tremendous time pressure. Cannot fault her. Fantastic service.

Moving house

Excellent Service Jade!
I engaged Jade's services on both the sale of my old house and purchase of my new home. What should have been straightforward became tricky due to the sellers of my new home and with great advice and professional experience I took the path to complete on my sale before the sellers were ready to complete on my purchase. Jade's attention to detail, her approach and style of communications all helped this often stressful event in life to process with calm and professionalism. I can not recommend Jade more highly and will of course engage her without doubt should I be moving again. Thank you Jade!

Great experience from start to finish on property transaction
This is the second time in 2 years that I've used Jade and the team at Charles Coleman in relation to property transactions - most recently for the conveyancing of the sale of one of my properties. A Very Professional Service
We purchased a penthouse flat in a large building. There was some complexity with the lease and the responsibilities between owners and the management company. We were recommended Charles Coleman solicitors by the estate agent. We were looked after by Jade, who runs the department. We had a tight timeline and she called within two hours and the process started on the same day. The work was very professionally handled using knowledge, experience and good judgement. The whole process moved at pace, and we received great common sense advice. Highly recommended.
