Excellent Service
Assist in the purchase of my property, it was a straight forward sale and the whole process was equally straightforward. All communications were well explained and I experienced no hold ups or delays. I would highly recommend this firm for any other transactions.

First time buyers.
Megan was absolutely lovely… on the odd occasion we actually spoke… I think maybe twice throughout the whole process. I’m guessing it is a very busy time for solicitors at the moment as I felt I had to do a lot of the chasing up and calling with reminders I was waiting for things, catching up with things etc.
A lot of the time Megan wasn’t available so I spoke with her assistants. We’re still waiting for a payment to come to us from our lender. Megan stated she would chase this with accounts first thing last week, a week later and I had to chase this up and it was Sophie that advised me to send further info, sent that info to Megan as advised, not had any reply so not sure if I’ll be chasing this up again next week or not?
As a whole, we’re in our new home, our first home and everything went by reasonably quickly or so I’m told on others experiences with buying a house. We just feel our experience wasn’t very personable and a lot of the time we felt we were a burden than anything. Which is a shame as we chose Pepperells on reviews from others. I will say the receptionists that have answered the phones throughout have been absolutely lovely!

Speedy house sale

Grant of probate
Charlotte has been brilliant with my application for probate. Really good communication at every stage and quick to act.
I have asked Pepperells to look after a LPA, Probate and now my Conveyencing. Every time has been 100% service.
I would highly recommend them.
