House Purchase
I was pleasantly surprised that my final bill was the same as my initial quotation as at times it seemed there were a lot of questions that required in depth answers and I felt that this was sure to add to the final invoice. I was very pleased with the honest professional service and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Lucy was excellent when handling my case, we didn’t have to chase for updates as they were provided in a timely and efficient manner as soon as she had them available. Everything was handled professionally with a high level of skill. We would use Lucy and mfg again if and when needed.

Ludlow Office
I have only recently started to use MFG Ludlow. Sally Smith did a good job on Will Trusts for my wife and I. She was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Earlier Lucy Beaumont sorted out a property title transfer for us and she too was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
