Great team would highly recommend.
This is the second time I have used this firm and just like the first time. They were really helpful and fast with getting everything done that needed to be done for the same of my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any solicitors.

Handling of House Purchase
The approach and professionalism of the team were second to none. We were kept informed at each turn of our purchased journey.
The teams communication was on point and at no time were we left pondering any decisions that had to be made. The transition of all of the purchasing administration paperwork between parties was seamless and extremely easy to follow. Very approachable and easy to contact when we had a question / query and or simply to be assured.

Sale of my property
Great service and communication from the beginning. My property ended up not being an easy sale and took over 18 months. But throughout the process Jess was approachable and easy to contact.

Sale and purchase
They remained professional and timely throughout, despite the momentarily tumultuous aspect of the final exchange and completion from the other solicitors, they kept me updated throughout and were always willing to answer any questions I had in an equally timely fashion. I’d strongly recommend Sills to anyone. Also an additional thank you to Karla for handling the final stages on a hectic completion day.
