Helen qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has always worked in Cornwall specialising in family law. Helen deals with all aspects of family law from the preparation of written agreements at the start of a relationship to divorce and separation where it breaks down and all issues relating to the arrangements for children and finances. She also has extensive knowledge of the law relating to these matters and domestic abuse and the effect it has on those during relationship breakdown. Helen has a reputation for being professional and approachable. She is a member of Resolution which is an organisation who promote the resolution of matters constructively and with as little conflict as possible. She tries to resolve all matters by agreement although she is also very determined for her clients where the need arises. Helen joined Vingoe Family Law this year and brings a wealth of experience to the specialist team.
