Blackfriars
Blackfriars are a genuinely outstanding firm who dealt with my property purchase efficiently, maintaining excellent communication throughout the whole transaction. I have used other local solicitors in the past and have been disappointed but could not fault this company.
From my initial enquiry requesting a quote to commencing work and completion of the purchase of my property, the whole team, including Aslam, Islam and Junaid displayed high levels of professionalism throughout.
I rang at least a dozen other firms before instructing Blackfriars and felt they were the most competitive in terms of costs/charges.
My purchase was completed exactly on the timescales given to me unlike other firms. Whenever I called or emailed, I also received an instant reply. My estate agents were updated regularly and the whole process was stress free.
I would highly recommended this firm and will be using them again in the near future for other legal work for myself and my family members.

Very Professional Experience
I recently purchased a property and had Blackfriars act as my solicitors. I found them highly approachable and professional. As my transaction was not straight forward I really appreciated the flexibility and timely responses that was provided.

Buying my first property
I was in complete awe of the service provided by Aslam and his team and the transition to buying my first property was like a breath of fresh air. I was so nervous and worried about the whole process but I was kept well informed about every single step throughout.

Outstanding Service
These Solicitors were recommended to me through My Estate Agent, Property People. I blindly accepted there service as they came through an honest and trustworthy source and I wasn’t wrong at all.
I received the most amazing service, which really was shocking. I’ve always noted Solicitors can be very narky with there tone but these guys were different. Amazingly professional, well mannered, not even an ounce of egoism, all for a small fee.
I encountered a few hurdles whilst selling my house and the advise given was brilliant and clearly showed how much knowledge these guys have. They took the time to speak to me, explain in detail until I understood and was content. No one bothers with these kind of things, most people shove u off, they didn’t.
There’s absolutely no need to go elsewhere when you have all in one!

Professional Service, excellent in every way.
From the movement we made contact with Blackfriars we received an excellent service. It was smooth and stress free, they took the whole matter seriously. We were kept well informed of the sale of our property from the start until we exchanged contracts as well as a follow up call a few days after we exchanged. All staff involved were very professional - Mohammed Aslam, Halima, Asfandyaar and Islam. Each time you visited the office the reception staff also made you feel welcome. Would higly recommend them to anyone.

Above and beyond
I have recently completed on my purchase on a property , and given the current climate I was extremely cautious over many things.
Aslam who dealt with my file was brilliant from start to finish .
Kept in touch with me through providing clear advice and a first class service .
At times , there were many things that slipped my mind, however due to having the professional services of Aslam, every box was ticked and all due diligence was carried out .
He maintained communication with me, and the selling solicitors through out the process and I was completed in 9 weeks .
I have been thoroughly impressed with not only Aslam, but the other solicitors at this firm. They all have great legal knowledge, and you can see their passion for their roles .
There is nothing worse than a case file being left aside , due to your case handler being off sick, on holiday etc.
I had Islam, support at certain stages and it must be that all the information was clear and transferable that it was a seamless transition and there were no delays or “I’ll send a message , on his return he will contact you “ . Everything was done there and then.
I have been very impressed, and if I ever find myself buying or selling a property . I certainly will be returning .
