Rezwana is a Wills and Probate Lawyer who graduated with First Class Honours in the MLaw (Exempting) degree at Northumbria University, integrating a traditional law degree, legal practice course and a master’s in law. Rezwana can competently offer comprehensive legal advice to clients, observing all aspects of their legal issues and taking into account the wider implications. She has a particular expertise in following areas: Making a Will/Codicil- to ensure your wishes are carried out, and your loves ones are not left with unnecessary heartache, and financial problems; Lasting Power of Attorney- to ensure that should you become unable to make decisions relating to your financial and property affairs or health and welfare, a person you trust has the authority to make decisions on your behalf; Inheritance Tax Planning- to ensure you take advantage of tax allowances enabling you to get the most out of what you pass on to your loved ones without resulting in the payment of preventable inheritance tax; and Probate and Estate Administration- to ensure that Grant of Probate in the UK is obtained, even where the estates include assets in foreign jurisdiction, and the deceased’s estate is administered as required during what can be a really challenging time for the deceased’s loved ones.
