Unapologetic
After what was a good initial meeting,(charged at £180) with one of their female Consultant Solicitors, I was surprised to have to chase 2 weeks following for a promised outline of that meeting with confirmation of the discusses points, before I eventually receive a 19 page letter with over 75 typos (including a property valuation of £140 when it should have read £140,000). I suspect a dictated draft had been inadvertently posted. When I tried to highlight the upset, in person to their offices, whilst met with a very helpful and polite Receptionist, I received a curt emailed response 4days later at 4:58pm on a Friday, giving me not time to read, digest and/or make contact once again to seek an apology. Highly unprofessional, with no empathy towards a potential client.
