Divorce and settlement agreement
I am extremely grateful to Gemma Noren for her invaluable advice, support and work in helping me to achieve a financial settlement I was happy with.
Divorce and the subsequent financial negotiations are difficult in the most amicable of separations but even more so when communication is difficult and agreement seems almost impossible.
Gemma's calm, professional and empathetic approach calmed me down on many occasions, her focus and clear thinking gave me the encouragement I needed. We were able to present a strong, balanced and reasoned case for the division of assets which was accepted and ultimately I avoided court proceedings and the significant costs associated with that. I should also add that I found Gemma to be very fair and considerate in terms of keeping costs for her work as reasonable as possible.
I am grateful for her service and absolutely recommend Gemma Noren without any hesitation.
